Introduction of Zhan Xiang Farm
Zhan Xiang Farm is located in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province (500 kilometres from Hong Kong).
Relying on the local geographical environment, ecological resources and location advantages, Zhanxiang Agriculture has gradually become a "two villages (leisure manor and ecological farm), two bases (scientific research base and learning base), two products (planting green navel oranges and batches).
It is a modern three-dimensional agricultural ecological system that integrates "fruit tree development, animal husbandry, technical research, and academic education" as the framework.
Is WOrange a variety?
Many people think WOrange is a variety. In fact, WOrange is our brand.
Actually, WOrange is navel orange. The fruit shape is almost round. And the peel colour is as same as an ordinary navel orange.
What is the difference between Cara Cara red WOrange and WOrange?
Generally can be stored for 2-3 weeks
Taste: Juicy, light and sweet
Nutrients: Vitamin C and Carotene
Red meat and orange (Cara Cara red WOrange)
Generally can be stored for 1-2 weeks
Taste: relatively tight, crispy and refreshing, slightly sour
Nutrients: Vitamin C and carotene; colouring pigment is lycopene
Pulp: pink purple red, uniform red
Cara Cara red WOrange are rarer than ordinary and WOrange. The yield of each Cara Cara red WOrange tree is less than half that of ordinary and orange trees.
When to harvest WOrange?
Typically, WOrange's harvest season starts late November or early December.
Why does every WOrange grab in plastic bags?
Since WOrange has no residual pesticides and does not wax, separate packaging bags are needed to reduce the invasion of foreign microorganisms or bacteria, reduce the impact of moisture on the WOrange, and also reduce the chance of infection with the orange in the same box.
We are all working hard to find other more environmentally-friendly and effective methods. We have tried using paper partitions and so on, but none of them is effective... So for the time being, we can only compromise with individual packaging bags.
Of course, if you want to reduce waste, you can write down "No individual packaging bags please! " in the remarks column when purchasing, and my colleagues will check each and orange re-entry box. When the customer receives the orange, he must immediately check for mildew or rottenness before storing it.

Can we purchase Worange directly without using delivery service?
You may purchase directly from our warehouse, please call before making purchase. Or you may buy from our partners & retail shop.
When will the order arrive after the order is placed?
Usually, we will arrange delivery within 3-4 working days after the online order is placed. And we will contact you one day before delivery by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date and address.
Can we request to delivery on a specify date?
Due to changes in traffic conditions and the driver will schedule a route according to the address after receiving the delivery note, we will not be able to provide the exact delivery time. If you need to specify a time or deliver outside of office hours, an additional charge will be required.
Will there be any extra charges on delivery?
We provide free delivery to each address which subtotal amount is more the HK$300, yet if the address is in our remote area list, extra $30 will charge. For order less the HK$300, there will be a $50 charge for deliver. Therefore, please check if there will be additional fees charged before ordering.

2. For any addresses that do not provide 30 minutes free parking, client needs to pay for the parking fee. Please pay this fee directly to the delivery driver on the day of delivery.
3. Order delivery to restricted area, we cannot delivery to any restricted area, the driver may charge according to the situation;
4. Stairs: If there is no lift and our driver need to deliver upstairs. The driver will charge $20 for each floor (4 to 22 stairs = 1 floor). The driver will charge by floor. Please pay this fee directly to the delivery driver on the day of delivery.
5. If no one receives the delivery arrival address, the customer service staff will contact you again to reschedule the delivery time and a HKD$50 shipping fee will be charged in this case.
6. Third-party transportation companies may have extra charge if there are other special circumstances & requests.

Special delivery service arrangements
-Due to the COVID-19 of the recent epidemic, in order to protect the health of customers and transportation company employees, transportation company employees will call customers before delivery. At that time, please inform the driver in advance whether it should be delivered to the door of the receiving address or the lobby.
-If the delivery address selected by the customer is a building with a confirmed or suspected infection case within 14 days, the transportation company staff will only arrange delivery in the lobby/downstairs of the building. We apologize for the inconvenience.
-If the delivery location chosen by the customer is a housing estate for a group infection case, the delivery staff will only arrange delivery at the nearby housing estate/village. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Why is the price of your online store different from the retail price?
Because the retail price is set by them, the selling price may be different between different retail points.
What should I do if the oranges are found to be moldy, non-artificially damaged or lacking in quantity when they arrive?
Our delivery staff will not be responsible for the acceptance of the goods. The recipient should verify the product as soon as possible after receiving the product.
If it is found to be damaged by non-human factors, or the package is damaged, incomplete, or missing during transportation, please take a photo and upload it to WhatsApp 95323886 to contact us for return or replacement. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
